Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before making a purchase.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to each vendor’s individual store policies.

Payments and Commissions

UTNFWF collects a commission from each successful sale.

Vendors will receive payouts via the selected withdrawal method once eligible.

Payments made via Cash on Delivery (COD) may be subject to reverse withdrawal policies.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
